Products

Where EpiClinic supplies physical products, eligible products may be returned subject to the applicable return period and product condition requirements.

Condition

Returned products should generally be unused and in their original condition and packaging unless the item is defective or applicable law provides otherwise.

Defective Items

Damaged, defective or incorrect items should be reported promptly with supporting information or photographs where appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain health, hygiene, personalised or opened products may be excluded from return where legally permitted and where the exclusion was properly communicated.
