Appointment Policy

EpiClinic operates strictly by appointment. We do not accommodate walk-ins. Visits to our clinic are only permitted once a booking has been confirmed by our team.

Booking Confirmation

After you request an appointment through our online booking form or by email, our team will contact you to confirm your date and time. Please do not travel to the clinic until you have received confirmation of your booking.

Arrival

Please arrive a few minutes before your confirmed appointment time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session or the need to reschedule to protect appointment times for other clients.

Rescheduling & Cancellation

If you are unable to attend a confirmed appointment, please notify us as early as possible so we can offer the slot to another client. Repeated or last-minute cancellations may affect future bookings. Please also see our Cancellation Policy.

Consultations

Online consultations are also offered by confirmed appointment and are available to clients across South Africa.

Our services are complementary and are designed to work alongside your existing healthcare team. They do not replace medical diagnosis or treatment.
