Appointments

Patients should cancel or reschedule appointments as early as possible.

Late Cancellation

Repeated or late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee or booking restrictions where this has been clearly communicated and is permitted by law.

Orders

Product orders may be cancelled before dispatch where practicable. Once an order has been dispatched or delivered, the returns policy may apply.

EpiClinic Cancellation

EpiClinic may cancel or reschedule an appointment or order for clinical, operational, safety, payment, stock or other legitimate reasons.
